Ingredients:
- mustard1 Teaspoons
- vinegar1 Tablespoons
- honey1 Teaspoons
- saltpinch
- shallot1/2finely diced
- Olive Oil
Preparation mode:
Whisk mustard, vinegar, honey and salt, add shallot and let rest 10 minutes. Add oil in a thin stream while whisking until creamy.
